If you have any problem , please contact us at first time.
Why the LCD doesn’t work with my Raspbian system ?
To use the LCD with the Raspberry Pi official system , you need to istall the driver to the system at first. But for the first testing for the LCD, you had better use the system image we provided directly
Why the LCD still not work with the system image we provided ?
Please make sure the hardware connection is correct and connects fine.
Make sure you install the system image to SD card correctly.
The PWR will keep on and the ACT will keep blinking when the Raspberry Pi starts up successfully, in case both of the two LEDs keep on, it is possible that the system image was installed incorrectly or the SD card was in bad contact.
Which power supply should I use?
We recommended to use a stand-alone from 5V/2A to 5V 3A power adapter , because the USB port of PC might not supply enough and steady power for supporting the Raspberry Pi and LCD .
